Refund Policy

At Rapierific, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy for our custom lightsabers and accessories.

1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* Items damaged due to severe dueling, modification of electronic soundboards (e.g., unauthorized firmware flashing), or intentional drop damage are NOT covered under standard returns.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at vincentfw520@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED Sabers (WARRANTY COVERAGE)
If your lightsaber arrives with electronic defects, soundboard failure, or blade LED defects:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at vincentfw520@gmail.com.
2. Provide video proof demonstrating the issue.
3. We will provide free replacement parts, repair guidance, or a full replacement at no extra cost.

4. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
* If the return is due to product quality issues or damage upon arrival, Rapierific will cover return shipping.
* If the return is due to buyer change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
